Wisdom Night is a vibrant and deeply layered piece, created with acrylics and spray paint on 18 by 24 inch paper. Energetic bursts of color and spontaneous mark-making give the work a playful, electric quality—yet beneath the surface, it holds a quiet stillness and introspection.

What makes this piece even more special is its name, gifted by my 8-year-old daughter. Her title captured the spirit of the piece perfectly—playful, intuitive, and quietly profound. Wisdom Night is a celebration of color, feeling, and the beauty of seeing the world through both wonder and reflection.
